FAQs

What is Silverbridge?

Silverbridge is an independent corporate investigations and strategic intelligence firm offering high quality information gathering services to corporate clients, law firms, family offices and a range of financial services companies.

What investigation services does Silverbridge offer?

We are experienced in conducting complex, international and long-running investigations and intelligence projects. Under the banner of corporate investigations, we conduct multi-jurisdictional asset searches, a wide range of pre- and post-judgment litigation support activities, criminal and civil fraud investigations, private prosecutions and cyber inquiries. As part of our strategic intelligence offering, we provide enhanced due diligence, competitor intelligence and commercial background checks to assist with investment opportunities.

Why aren’t there any details of your cases on your site?

Silverbridge offers complete client confidentiality from initial consultations to final delivery. During your initial consultation we will be happy to take you through relevant examples that don’t infringe on those obligations.

Where are you based?

We are based in London but work anywhere in the world, most frequently in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Is what you do legal and ethical?

Everything we do is legal, above board and subject to a stringent code of conduct. We pride ourselves on integrity of behaviour and provision of information that can be relied on in the courtroom, the boardroom and beyond.

Do you conduct ESG investment investigations?

Yes. We strongly believe that our clients’ investment intentions should be in line with the true picture on the ground. Our experience of working in challenging jurisdictions and conducting analysis of big data sets allows us to provide our clients with the facts.

How do you work with clients?

Every case starts with an initial consultation so we can understand you, the challenges you’re facing and the problem you’re trying to solve. Once we have a full briefing, a written proposal is prepared for your consideration, detailing our recommendations, timescales and professional fees.
